Demonstration Restrictions for Uniplex Business Software

These restrictions only apply to unlicensed copies of Uniplex UBS software. Evaluation licenses are time-restricted only - the software is completely functional. Contact your Uniplex Sales office for a free 30 day evaluation license.

For Uniplex UBS V9.xx

• Calendar (Time Manager). Booking is limited to a maximum of two days in the future.
• Database. Select is limited to 50 records.
• Electronic Mail. Mail may be sent to yourself only.
• File Manager. Move, Rename, and Delete operations are disabled. Search will retrieve no more than 50 records. File conversion is disabled. Symbolic links are disabled. The Open Folder dialog is limited to the Home, Trashcan, Named, and Parent options.
• Graphics Printing. Hi-res graphics printing is disabled.
• Presentation Editor. Save is disabled.
• Presentation Graphics. Save is disabled.
• Spell Checker. Multi-lingual spell correction is disabled.
• Spreadsheet. Save is disabled. Existing spreadsheets can only be opened from List (macro) files.
• Word Processor. A saved document is limited to the first 24 lines of text.

For Uniplex UMS

• IMAP and POP3 Mail Server (IMAP, POP3Clients) Only the first four messages in a user mailbox are visible.
• Electronic Mail (Uniplex Mail) Mail may be sent to yourself only.
• File Manager. Move, Rename, and Delete operations are disabled. Search will retrieve no more than 50 records. File conversion is disabled. Symbolic links are disabled. The Open Folder dialog is limited to the Home, Trashcan, Named, and Parent options.
